Performance mapping
R&D offers to its customers the possibility to define performances and efficiencies (mechanical and volumetric) of theirs hydraulic components in both static and dynamic conditions.
Moreover are possible failure tests to verify the performance limits of these components.
Life Determination
Thanks to the test stands that can work 24 hours a day, R&D is able to define, as soon as possible, if the components can satisfy the minimal functional requirements.
Work cycles simulation
R&D has programmable test benches in which it is possible to establish a duty cycle that will be proposed in continuous with the purpose to tire the components and then to identify the parts most subject to wear and tear.
Very interesting for manufacturers of hydraulic parts are the inertial tests in which the component is submitted entirely to cycles similar to those that it would been if the part would installed on a vehicle and submitted to violent accelerations and decelerations.
Product certification
Collaborating with various managing risk companies, R&D offers the possibility to certify the products of its own customers, accordingly to his field technical standards.
Tribological analysis
Thanks to the experience of its technicians and to the available tools, R&D supports the customers in the fatigues and breaches analysis proposing alternative technical solutions.
